01 Introduction

Welcome to Salam Bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Salam Bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Salam Bet website at salambet.win and all associated services, games and features.

By registering an account, making a deposit or participating in any game on the Salam Bet platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. 03 Account Rules

Once your account is open, the following rules apply at all times:

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted one account only. If duplicate accounts are discovered — whether created deliberately or by accident — Salam Bet will merge or close the duplicates and may void any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts. If you believe you have accidentally created a second account, contact support immediately to resolve it before it becomes an issue.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your login credentials. Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms. Do not share your account access with anyone, including friends or family members. Salam Bet will never contact you to ask for your password. Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported to support without delay.

Accurate Information

The name and payment details on your Salam Bet account must match the name and payment details on your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account. Mismatched details can delay or block withdrawals. If your details change — for example a new mobile number — update your account profile promptly and contact support if you need assistance.

Account Verification

Salam Bet may request copies of identity documents at any stage. This is a standard process to protect players and maintain platform integrity. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Payments

Salam Bet accepts deposits exclusively in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your Salam Bet balance within seconds. Raast transfers are also fast for most bank pairs. Standard bank transfers process according to your bank's own timelines.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard.
• Salam Bet does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed immediately. Contact support as soon as possible if you deposit more than intended.
• Salam Bet reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there are grounds to believe it is connected to fraudulent activity.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in PKR. Salam Bet does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in your name or payment methods not previously used for deposit on your account.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Standard JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within approximately 15 minutes once approved.
• Salam Bet may request identity verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a certain threshold.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request.
• If your account has an active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements, the withdrawal may be held until those requirements are met or until the bonus is forfeited manually.
• Salam Bet reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 48 hours in cases where additional security checks are required. Players will be informed if this is the case.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Bonus credit is not free cash that can be withdrawn immediately. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier of the bonus amount that must be turned over on eligible games before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly on the Promotions page. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 10,000 on qualifying games before withdrawal is available.

Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and fish games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all for specific bonus offers. Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue, depending on the offer. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the bonus credit and any associated winnings are forfeited. Check the expiry date of any bonus before you start using it.

One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. If you claim a new promotion before clearing an existing one, the older bonus may be forfeited. Choose your promotions carefully and read the individual terms on the Promotions page before opting in.

Bonus Abuse

Patterns of play that appear designed to exploit bonus terms rather than represent genuine gameplay — including low-risk matched betting patterns, exploiting specific game mechanics to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance — may be flagged as bonus abuse. Salam Bet reserves the right to void bonus credit and related winnings in confirmed abuse cases.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the Salam Bet platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino titles, real dealer-operated equipment. This means each game outcome is independent of previous results and is not influenced by bet size, player history or any other factor outside the game mechanics themselves.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published where available. Actual results in any individual session will vary from the published RTP, which represents a theoretical long-term average across millions of rounds.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — for example a disconnection — the round will be settled according to the game provider's fault resolution rules. Bets are not automatically voided due to disconnection alone.
• If a game is found to have displayed incorrect odds, a malfunction or a software error that materially affected the outcome, Salam Bet reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return stakes. Winnings derived from a confirmed technical error are not considered valid.
• Game results are final once settled. Disputes regarding settled results must be raised with support within 72 hours of the session end. Claims made after this window may not be investigated.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Salam Bet platform. Violation of any of these rules will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet after depositing funds constitutes fraud. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be suspended immediately and the matter referred accordingly.

12 Changes to Terms & Account Termination

Salam Bet reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of Salam Bet after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Closing Your Account

You may request to close your Salam Bet account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Account Suspension by Salam Bet

Salam Bet may suspend or permanently close any account that has violated these Terms, is suspected of fraudulent activity, has been inactive for an extended period or where continued operation poses a risk to platform integrity. In cases of suspected fraud, the balance may be withheld pending investigation. In cases of extended inactivity, standard dormancy procedures will apply with advance notice where possible.
